Hobbies
My scientific training to date centers on the intersection of the immune system and human pathology. With the advent of targeted immunotherapeutic strategies for the augmentation of anti-cancer immunity and the alleviation of both cellular and antibody-mediated autoimmune disorders, I am interested in understanding the regulation of immune responses and how they can be manipulated for novel therapeutic strategies. I am currently in the process of writing a first-author manuscript and thesis for my PhD defense, and have been blessed with exposure to the academic side of science for many years through both my training at Roswell and many opportunities to present my work at regional and national conferences.
